We build detached bungalows and double-storey houses for families and developers, working from your approved drawings. Our own masons, steel fixers, carpenters, electricians and plumbers take the house from foundations to handover.

Before we price a house, we go through your drawings, specification and site. You receive an itemised quotation and a written agreement setting out the scope, the construction period and the stage payments.

Common questions
Can you work with my architect and engineer?
Yes. We build to the drawings approved for your house and work with your architect and engineer from start to finish.
How long does it take to build a house?
It depends on the size, the design and the site. We agree the construction period in the contract before work starts, so you know the planned completion date from the beginning.
How do payments work?
Payments follow completed stages of work, as set out in the agreement. A retention sum is usually held until the end of the defects period.
