House renovation and extension in Brunei

Add a room, extend the kitchen, build an upper floor or renovate the whole house. Our own team handles the demolition, structural work and finishing, and we plan the work to keep disruption to your home as low as possible.

Approval for extensions

Most extensions need approval before work starts, and only a registered architect or engineer can apply for it. Houses under the National Housing Scheme also need approval from the Ministry of Development.

Common questions

Can we stay in the house during the work?

Often, yes. It depends on the work. At the site visit we plan the order of work with you, so the parts of the house you use stay safe and usable.

Do you carry out demolition?

Yes. Demolition of walls, slabs and old structures can be included in the quotation.

Do I need approval for an extension?

Most extensions do. Our guide explains when approval is needed and who applies for it.
