Common questions
Why can't I find where my roof is leaking?
Water often runs along the roof before it drips, so the stain on your ceiling can be some distance from the leak. Common causes are loose or rusted screws, damaged flashing, blocked gutters and cracked sealant around pipes. We inspect the roof to find the source before quoting a repair.
Do you waterproof bathrooms and balconies?
Yes. We waterproof wet areas before tiling, and repair failed waterproofing in existing bathrooms and balconies.
Can you replace an old roof?
Yes. We replace old roofing sheets and damaged trusses, and can add insulation to keep the house cooler.
