A Brunei contractor with its own workforce

Skyscraper Sdn Bhd was incorporated in Brunei in 2019 and is based in Berakas. We build and renovate homes for families and developers, take on sub-contract packages for main contractors, and carry out building and maintenance works for government departments.

Our tradespeople work directly for the company. That keeps quality and scheduling in our own hands, and gives you one point of contact from the first site visit to handover.

From first visit to handover

  1. Site visit

    We visit the site, take measurements and go through your drawings and requirements.

  2. Quotation

    You receive an itemised quotation, priced for your specific project.

  3. Agreement

    We agree the scope, timeline and stage payments in a written contract before work starts.

  4. Construction

    Our team builds to the approved drawings and specification. Payments follow completed stages.

  5. Handover

    We hand over the finished work and come back to fix any defects within the agreed defects period.

    Removal of the damaged suspended ceiling and installation of about 370 m² of PVC ceiling panels, with the existing downlights reinstated.
